ReYoung Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2022. It was founded by Zoe Lin, a certified Nevada community healthcare worker, along with her experienced healthcare team members. The foundation serves as a bridge between health and social services and the community, working to improve access to services and the quality of care provided.

The goal of the foundation is to empower individuals and communities by increasing health knowledge and self-sufficiency through outreach, education, counseling, social support, and advocacy. By facilitating access to services and promoting cultural competence in care, the ReYoung Foundation aims to improve the health and wellbeing of those it serves.
